M. Bradley Blommer

With over two decades of experience in real estate and litigation, Brad offers a well-rounded and insightful approach to his practice, which is focused on real estate transactions and disputes, landlord-tenant law, and cannabis law.
 
Brad earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from Boston College. His legal career began as a judicial law clerk for a trial court judge, where he gained invaluable courtroom experience. Brad later honed his litigation skills in Washington, D.C., and Maryland, handling numerous bench and jury trials, as well as presenting appellate arguments before the D.C. Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, including a case before now Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, John G. Roberts.
 
After relocating to Oregon in 2005, Brad expanded his practice to include real estate transactions, landlord-tenant law, and cannabis law, providing clients with comprehensive legal solutions grounded in deep industry knowledge.
